Refund policy

For some reason, if you do not wish to proceed with your order, you must inform us within 1–2 hours of placing the order. In case the order has not entered production or has not been dispatched, we will cancel your order and refund the full amount ONLY IF IT HAS NOT BEEN PROCESSED. Refunds will be issued to your bank account within 15 days. No cancellations will be accepted once the order has been dispatched.
