Orders & Payments
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
No, we only accept secure online payments through Razorpay (Credit/Debit Cards, Visa, MasterCard, Amex), GPay, Internet Banking, or payment links shared on WhatsApp.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
- Pre-Order / Made-to-Order items: Cancellations are possible only within 24 hours of placing your order.
- Ready-to-Ship items: Can be cancelled before dispatch.
- Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
Shipping & Delivery
How long will my order take to reach me?
- Within India: Dispatch in 2–3 working days. Delivery usually takes 5–7 working days.
- International:
• Standard: 15–20 working days post-dispatch
• Express: 10–15 working days post-dispatch (extra charges apply)
Will I get tracking details for my order?
Yes! As soon as your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared with you.
Do I need to pay customs duty or taxes for international orders?
Yes, any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees are the customer’s responsibility.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you offer returns or refunds?
As per our company policy, we do not offer returns, refunds, or COD.
What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
Please inform us within 48 hours of delivery along with:
- Your order number
- An opening video of the package
- Clear images of the product
Without an opening video, claims cannot be processed.
Can I exchange my order?
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled, but in special cases:
- We may issue a credit note valid for 6 months, or
- Allow an exchange (subject to product availability).
Product Care
How do I take care of your products?
- Bathrobes, Towels & Mulmul Night Suits: Hand wash separately in cold water with mild fabric wash. Avoid harsh detergents. Do not wring. Air dry in shade.
- Brooches & Pins: Store separately in pouches/boxes. Keep away from moisture, perfumes, and sunlight to avoid scratches or tarnish.
Customisation
Do you customise clothing sizes or designs?
No, we do not offer customisation for clothing.
Can I get customised accessories in bulk?
Yes, we customise brooches, pins, and collars for bulk orders (minimum 50 pieces).
Can I exchange my order?
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled, but in special cases:
- We may issue a credit note valid for 6 months, or
- Allow an exchange (subject to product availability).
