Return Policy

Returns & Exchanges

- No Returns/Refunds: As a company policy, we do not offer returns, refunds, or COD (Cash on Delivery).
- Exchanges / Credit Notes: Orders once placed cannot be cancelled. However, in special cases, if you wish to change your order, you must inform us before dispatch. We can issue a credit note valid for 6 months or allow a product exchange (subject to availability).
- Defective / Wrong Product: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, opening video, and clear images. Without an opening video, claims cannot be processed.
- No Clothing Customisation: We do not offer size or design customisations for clothing.
- Bulk Customisation: Customisation is available only for brooches, pins, and collars, with a minimum order quantity of 50 pieces.

Order Cancellations

- Pre-Order / Made-to-Order items: Can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase only.
- Ready-to-Ship items: Can be cancelled only until dispatch.
- Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
